JL series ultrasonic electronic switch is mainly composed of pulse generator, circulating distributor, ultrasonic transmission, ultrasonic receiving, frequency selective amplification, detection, driving and switching controller. It adopts ultrasonic directional emission, delay receiving principle of distance measurement, detects the activity of people or objects in the detection area, and then realizes automatic on/off through corresponding discriminating circuit and switching element. This series of switches makes it easy to implement multi-channel, multi-function combination control. JL series ultrasonic electronic switches are mainly used in the field of automatic water saving and various automatic control, such as various remote control switches and proximity switches. It is especially suitable for use in harsh environments with high fog.

Principle introduction

The schematic block diagram of the ultrasonic ranging automatic electronic water saving device consisting of JL series ultrasonic electronic switches is shown in the figure below. This paper describes how it works in conjunction with this diagram.

The pulse signal generated by the pulse generator triggers the cyclic distributor, and its output is connected to the ultrasonic generator, and a series of ultrasonic waves are emitted during the period from t0 to t1, pointing to the detection area. The other output of the cyclic distributor is connected to the control gate circuit of the detection amplification, and the control gate of the detection amplification circuit is turned on during the period corresponding to t2 to t3 to detect the reflected wave signal from the ultrasonic receiver. The ultrasonic reflection signal from the detection area is ultrasonically received and selected by the frequency selective amplifier, and then subjected to detection amplification and comparator, and the driving circuit controls switching components such as solenoid valves, relays, thyristors and the like to realize the switching function.

Application examples

1. Automatic shower water saving device JL～IL

In the past, automatic showers using infrared or its sensor sensing technology were not able to work properly due to the influence of water vapor in the bathroom, thus losing the meaning of automatic control. The use of the ultrasonic sensor to penetrate the characteristics of the water mist can better solve this, a technical problem, and truly realize the non-contact automatic control of the water flow switch, that is, the function that the person can shower under the nozzle and automatically turn off when the person walks.
