5. If the bidder is not the manufacturer of the equipment (DLP display unit) or its regional agent or distributor, it must submit the quotation authorization letter issued by the manufacturer or its regional general agent. If it is an agent dealer, provide the agent distribution qualification certificate when bidding.

6. Have registered and obtained the procurement documents of this project.
