Overview
YB2 series low-voltage explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor is a new product designed by combining advanced technologies at home and abroad on the basis of our actual manufacture experience, featured by compact structure, high protection class and convenient installation and maintenance due to cast iron seat. The motor further optimally designed and elaborately manufactured has high efficiency, energy conservation, reliable performance, low noise, small vibration, and long service life. Furthermore, it is suitable for driving general machinery such as various fans, compressors, water pumps, machine tools and conveyors and used as prime motor in the industrial and mining enterprises such as mines, iron and steel, machinery, petroleum, chemical industry, power station and so on.
As compliant with GB3836.1-2010 Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Atmosphere Chapter 1: General Requirements and GB3836.2-2010--Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Atmosphere Chapter 2: Equipment with Explosion-proof Casing "d", the motors are made into explosion-proof type in grades of Exd I Mb, Exd II BT4 Gb, Exd II CT4 Gb, and are mainly used for 1 zone and 2 zone where there is explosive gas mixture.
Standard casing protection class is IP54, IP55, and junction box protection class is IP55 or above.
Standard mounting method is IMB3, IMV1, or others.
Cooling method is IC411 or IC416.

Main Features
Substitute for traditional enclosed cooling motor owing to its compact structure, small volume and light weight.
A new-generation eco-friendly product with higher efficiency and reliability;
Cast iron of high grade is used to make seat and end cap to ensure excellent integrated intensity and rigidity.
By optimized structure and appearance and full consideration to mechanical strength and ventilation in detail, the motor's reliability is further improved, for example: the radiating ribs inside and outside the seat and end cap can improve mechanical strength, heat dissipation performance and overall appearance.
The motor is furnished with rolling bearings and a non-stop oil injection or extraction device;
The fan cover in the streamline design can reduce noise by 10-15dB.
The power junction box at the inclined top of motor is flexible to outlet at four positions, and can change angle at each 30°. 
The motor provided with F class insulation (H class for special products) and VPI vacuum pressure impregnated stator winding shows extremely high electrical strength and mechanical strength, and excellent anticorrosion and moisture resistance. And the motor can work safely at a higher altitude as the coil and iron core are subject to special anticorona treatment.
The motor is provided with a cast aluminum rotor in which cast aluminum rotor guide bar, end ring and blades are casted at a time, so it can be used in severe environments relying on good reliability, and increase the rotational inertia of allowable load.
According to customer requirement, it is feasible to install temperature monitoring devices for stator windings and bearings, as well as moistureproof heating device and other real-time monitoring devices (such as vibration indicator).

Please specify motor model, rated power, synchronous speed, rated voltage, frequency, explosion-proof class, rotating direction, mounting method, protection class or outlet direction, etc. when ordering.
For special requirements, motors of special specifications are available after mutual agreement (including different rated voltage, rated frequency, mounting dimension, noise requirement, environmental conditions, etc.)
It is necessary to provide related technical data and sign up technology agreement on motors for blower, coal mill, rolling mill and winch, or pulley drive motors for ensuring reliable operation.
With advance in product technology and amendment of relevant standards at home and abroad, there is no further notice for any changes in technical data of samples, and the motors are produced and checked according to technology agreement and overall dimensions confirmed by both sides.
