2. Project overview and scope of tender
2.1 Changshen Highway (Liaoning Community)-Chengde Section Expressway is constructed on a highway standard and has a design speed of 100 kilometers per hour. The starting point is Dongyingzi and Shuangfeng Temple is about 113.795 kilometers away from the terminal. The two-way four-lane expressway is used. 2.2 The scope of tender
