2. Project overview and scope of tender
2.1 Changshen Highway (Liaoning Community)-Chengde Section Expressway is constructed on a highway standard and has a design speed of 100 kilometers per hour. The starting point is Dongyingzi and Shuangfeng Temple is about 113.795 kilometers away from the terminal. The two-way four-lane expressway is used. Standards, subgrade width 26 meters; Dongyingzi to Shuangfengsi section of 4.609 kilometers, using two-way six-lane freeway standard, subgrade width 33.5 meters.
2.2 The scope of tender
This project is all related to the project construction preparation phase, construction phase, delivery phase, and defect liability phase. Specific work content:
(1) Embankment: Organize shoulders, slopes, trim road shoulders, separate vegetation, remove debris, keep roads clean and tidy, clear the side ditch, keep the drainage system open, remove barriers, protect slopes and prevent breeding facilities from functioning. Weeds, repair expansion joints, dredge drain holes, and remove loose stones; clear sporadic landslides, fill gaps in subgrade, slightly submerge and disintegrate; repair damaged walls, slopes, drains, guardrails, and ice and snow facilities, etc. Locally reinforced shoulders.
(2) Pavement: road surface cleaning; exclude water, snow, ice accretion, sand accumulation, anti-slip material and anti-freeze materials; treat asphalt pavement cracks, looseness and other diseases, repair pits, handle partial cracks, squaring, etc. Disease; repair of curbs.
(3) Bridge culvert tunnel: remove sludge, snow, debris, keep the bridge deck tidy; remove sludge debris under the bridge; clean and repair the expansion joints, drain sink to clear, keep the tunnel and the mouth clean; repair piers, Minor damage to the platform and protection workmanship, repair of local minor damage to drain holes, expansion joints, bearings and bridge decks; dredge culverts, culvert dredging, reinforcement repairs of culvert entrance/exit, local maintenance and dredging of drains Ditch; clear the tunnel hole and break the rock and repair the joints to deal with the leakage of water.
(4) Greening: The rearing of trees, flowers, and grass, stalking, trimming, pest control, and fertilization.
(5) Traffic engineering and facilities along the line: signs, milestones, 100-meter piles, boundary markers, delineators and other embedment and maintenance; guardrails, barriers, delineators, milestones, 100-meter piles, etc., are repaired or partially replaced.
(6) Assist the maintenance area to conduct related maintenance inspections.
2.3 Maintenance duration: From March 2017 to December 2017, the total duration is 10 months.
2.4 Bid Division: There are a total of two bid sections
One bid section: K676+000 (main line station)-K746+000 (six-channel intercommunication);
The second segment: K746+000 (six-channel intercommunication) to K794+404 (south intercommunication).
3, bidder qualification requirements
3.1 The bid invitation project requires the bidder to have the qualification of an independent domestic legal entity, meet the qualifications for the requirements of Annex 2 and have a good reputation, and have the ability to undertake the project in terms of personnel, etc.
3.2 The Commonwealth does not accept bids from the Consortium.
3.3 Legal persons, other organizations or individuals that have a stake in the tendering party and may affect the fairness of the tender, shall not participate in the tender.
3.4 Each bidder is only allowed to submit bids for one bid.
