TDK Corporation launched a new EPCOS (EPCOS) B86305L * series standard three-phase line reactors for frequency converter with input rectifier stage. The series is available in seven models with current ranges from 4 A to 230 A. These line reactors are designed for 520 V AC rated voltages. Depending on the type of reactor , the short-circuit voltage is 5% to 6%, so all electromagnetic interference caused by the inverter can be effectively suppressed.

Another new feature of the new line reactor series is the high saturation magnetic induction. Therefore, the inductance value can be kept constant at 1.5 times the rated current, and even at 3 times the rated current, the inductance value can remain above 60% of the rated value. The B86305L*R000 and S000 series reactors are manufactured using UL-certified insulation systems that meet Class F requirements. Among them, products with a rated current of less than 60 A use copper windings and clip-type terminals with a rated current of 100 A. The products to 230 A use aluminum strip windings and busbar terminals.
